Parted-Out Chicken Reservation

Our birds are expected to yield approximately 4-6 lb. carcasses. Parted-out birds are priced at $6.50/lb., plus an additional $12.50 "parting-out fee" per bird. So, you're looking at a total of roughly $36.50-51.50 per parted-out bird.

Your $20 reservation fee will be deducted from the total price of the finished bird, calculated based on final weight. Remaining balance will be due at the time of pick up.

*Larger birds are preferred for parting out, but we will do our best to accommodate customer preferences.*
