GRASS-FED, GRASS-FINISHED BEEF

In our beef operation, we select for rangy, hardy animals that thrive on forage alone—without substantial grain supplementation—making them prime candidates for a grass-fed, grass-finished beef program. We never use growth hormones, and we focus on maintaining the health of our herd naturally, so we medicate our animals only when absolutely necessary.

Our cattle are raised on native and improved grass pastures and are managed regeneratively through rotational, high-density grazing. That means that we're hands-on with the herd daily, so we get to know each animal up close and personal. Most of our animals have been born on the place, and we love every step of the process of raising a quality beef product for our customers' families to enjoy!

Our animals are available in bulk bundles as a Whole or Half Beef or in smaller portions as a Beef Box.

In summer of 2026, our family is growing with the arrival of the first Baby Bios! In an effort to simplify our lives during this time, we recently entered into a custom grazing agreement with our friends at Wagon Creek Ranch in Helena, OK. Ron and Barbara Crain have been mentors of Andrew's in the ultra high density, non selective rotational grazing model for years now, as they've been practicing these principles on their place for 20+ years. We're still involved with the herd on a much less regular basis, and we're thankful for the day-to-day care the Crains are providing our beef animals during this transitional time in our lives!
