I found Bios Ranch on accident really, and I am so glad I did! I purchased a few whole chickens (and plan to get more soon) and they are so good! I generally brine the bird in salt and water for 3-4 hours, then I season it and add loads of butter, then air fry the entire bird for a little over an hour or until the internal temp reaches 165. This by far has been the best chicken I have ever had, and it’s not dry or tough. The packaging is perfect, the service is wonderful. I highly recommend supporting this farm!
