Our birds yield 4-6 lb. carcasses (average is 4.5 lb.), priced at $6.50/lb. (meaning, a $26-39 value per bird).

Because birds are priced per pound, your order total will be based on the specific birds we pick to fulfill your order. We do our best to accommodate customer preferences and will pick your ideal-sized birds as far as our current stock will allow.
